This course uses The Transtheoretical Model (TTM) which is an integrative, biopsychosocial model used to conceptualize the process of intentional behavior change. The TTM recognizes change as a process that unfolds over time, involving progress through a series of stages. You will move through a series of five stages

For the past 8 years I have developed a huge passion for health and fitness.

I have experienced many different relationships with food and exercise and always wished there was a guide to help me.
